Do most Albanians speak English?
English is widely spoken in Albania.

Am I protected if the company goes into liquidation?
The air holidays and flights in this brochure are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 6581 In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. Do I need a visa to visit Albania?
Holders of a British Passport do not require a visa to visit Albania. An entry tax is payable on arrival in Albania (currently €10 per person).

Can I fly from any other airports?
All flights are from London Gatwick. Please contact us stating which airport you wish to travel from and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

How do I make a complaint?
If you have a complaint about your holiday, please inform the hotel staff immediately so that they may try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If it is not possible to resolve the problem with the hotel, please contact our representative in Saranda. However, if the problem cannot be resolved at the resort, you should write to us within 28 days of your return to the UK (we cannot consider a complaint valid if it is submitted after 28 days from the date of your return or if you did not inform hotel staff immediately).

We will acknowledge all complaints immediately and aim to deal with all complaints within 28 days of receipt.

Where can I find common Albanian words/phrases?
We will send a small leaflet containing common Albanian words and phrases to all clients booking a holiday.

Insurance
For your protection we recommend that our clients are fully insured before traveling with us. It is essential that you have adequate travel insurance, particularly medical cover.
